The main purpose of the meeting was to study and understand the important instructions for Premier Zhu Rongji on the exploration of small hydropower in Hunan and Sichuan; to find out the major problems and contradictions in the development of hydropower in our province; to exchange experiences in reforms and innovations throughout the province; to discuss hydropower enterprises.
