从1986年至1996年间,世界新建投产的乙烯装置35套(见表1、2),这些装置的60%及其生产能力约50%在亚洲。其中采用Lummus技术的有15套,占投产装置总数的42.8%,其生产能力约占总生产能力的35%;采用S&W技术的有4套,其生产能力占总生产能力的9.3%;采用Kellogg技术的8套,其生产能力占总生产能力的28.2%。从装置平均规模看,以采用Brown/Roots技术的装置规模最大,平均为62万t/a。其次为采用Kellogg和Linde技术的装置,平均规模分别为48.3和46.3万t/a。
From 1986 to 1996, 35 sets of ethylene units were newly built and put into operation in the world (see Table 1 and 2). About 60% of these devices and about 50% of their production capacity are in Asia. Among them, there are 15 sets using Lummus technology, accounting for 42.8% of the total number of production equipment, and its production capacity accounts for about 35% of the total production capacity; 4 sets adopting S&W technology, and its production capacity accounts for 9.3% of the total production capacity; using Kellogg Eight sets of technology, its production capacity accounted for 28.2% of the total production capacity. From the average size of the devices, the device with Brown/Roots technology has the largest scale, with an average of 620,000 t/a. Followed by devices using Kellogg and Linde technology, the average size was 48.3 and 463,000 t/a, respectively.
