在微处理机DYNABYTE的并行接口上增加适当的硬件,并配以用FORTRAN-Ⅳ语言(亦可用BASIC及汇编)编写的软件程序进行控制,实现了对EPROM 2716进行自动的写入和读出。由于写入码用程序控制,以及该系统还增设了程序控制电源,所以可根据需要对EPROM同时进行变码和电源边校测试。在程序控制下由打印机画出被测组件的工作域曲线图。该系统为被测组件容量的扩充留有余地,因而具有一定的通用性。经过大量测试表明,该系统工作稳定可靠。
