《体育大纲》中指出“发展身体素质有效的教材,要争取课课练,使其有适当的密度和运动量。”身体素质是衡量一个人体质强弱的重要内容。经过训练的人,身体素质水平要高得多。在教学实践中,我发现学生身体素质好坏与教学质量关系很大。身体素质差的学生学习技术动作比较困难。例如在教学挺身式跳远时,立定跳远差的学生大部分掌握得不好,而且身体素质差容易发生伤害事故。
The “Physical Education Program” states that “to develop effective textbooks for physical fitness, we must strive for class practice so that they have proper density and physical activity.” Physical fitness is an important measure of the physical strength of a person. After training, the physical fitness level is much higher. In teaching practice, I found that the physical quality of students and the quality of teaching a great relationship. Students with poor physical quality are more difficult to learn technical moves. For example, in teaching leaps and bounds, most of the students who set their long jumps poorly mastered, and their physical fitness is prone to injuries.
