谢有法(1917-1995),江西兴国人。1932年1月加入中国共产主义青年团。次年参加中国工农红军兴国模范师,后任红三军团第六师第十六团连队文书,军委直属后方政治部宣传队分队长,红军总政治部组织科统计干事。参加了长征。1936年2月转入中国共产党。抗日战争爆发后,历任八路军政治部组织部干事,晋南军政干部学校政治处主任,八路军政治部组织部组织科副科长,第一纵队政治部组织科科长,山东纵队政治部组织部部长,山东军区政治部组织部副部长、部长。解放战争时期,历任新四军兼山东军区政治部组织部副部长,津浦前线指挥部政治部主任,新四军兼山东军区政治部组织部部长,华东野战军东线兵团政治部主任,第三野战军第九兵团
