一、法规要遵守。对枪支管理法规、野生动物保护法规要认真学习,做到学法、懂法、严格守法。二、猎枪要领证。持猎枪必须经法定手续批准,经公安机关审核,并注册登记、领取(猎枪证)。三、携枪要带证。持猎枪外出必须携带(猎枪证)备查。四、保管要严密。猎枪必须严格保管、确保安全、防止丢失被盗、防止发生其他事故。五、检查要经常。所持猎枪要坚持经常进行安全检查,及时消除隐患。六、变动要申报。持猎枪人员如迁移住址或有其他变更时,应及时报告原发(猎枪证)的公安机关。七、丢失要报告。枪支丢失被盗应及时报告公安机关,并保护现场。八、报废要上交。枪支损坏、报废、不堪使用时要交给公安机关处理或销毁,不得丢弃或私自处理。 First, laws and regulations to be observed.
