人才是实现珠海市委、市政府提出的“率先转型升级、建设幸福珠海”核心任务的第一要素。本文通过对珠海市劳动者职业培训现状的调查,发现当前珠海市劳动者职业培训在培训机会、培训需求、培训者选择自由度、培训质量等方面存在着诸多问题,分别从政府、用人单位及培训机构三个层面提出了解决途径,为政府、用人单位、培训机构三方有效合作建立多元化的职业培训体系,推进珠海市“三高一特”产业发展提供帮助。
Talents are the first element put forward by Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People’s Government to “take the lead in transformation and upgrading and build a happy Zhuhai” as the core task. Based on the survey of occupational training for laborers in Zhuhai City, this paper finds that there are many problems in vocational training of laborer in Zhuhai currently in respect of training opportunities, training needs, freedom of choice for trainers and quality of training. From the perspectives of government, employers and Training institutions at three levels proposed solutions to the government, employers, training institutions three effective cooperation to establish a wide range of vocational training system to promote Zhuhai “three high and one special ” industry development to provide assistance.
