目的:研究制附子水提液对阳虚小鼠抗疲劳和耐常压缺氧的作用。方法:以氢化可的松25mg/kg肌肉注射制备小鼠阳虚模型。采用抗疲劳实验(游泳试验)和耐常压缺氧实验,观察不同剂量制附子水提液对阳虚小鼠的抗疲劳和耐常压缺氧作用。结果:抗疲劳实验和耐常压缺氧时间结果显示,制附子水提液(30、15、7.5g/kg)与模型组比较,小鼠游泳时间和耐缺氧时间延长,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:制附子具有一定的抗疲劳和耐常压缺氧作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia-reoxygenation effects of aqueous extract of Aconite on yang deficiency mice. Methods: The mouse model of Yang deficiency was prepared by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone 25mg / kg. Anti-fatigue test (swimming test) and anti-anoxia-hypoxia test were used to observe the anti-fatigue and anti-anomalous hypoxia-tolerance effects of aqueous extract of Aconitum kusnezoffii on mice with Yang deficiency. Results: The anti-fatigue test and the results of anti-fatigue and hypobaric hypoxia time showed that the swimming time and hypoxia-tolerant time of mice were significantly longer than that of the model group (30,15 and 7.5g / kg) (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Aconite has some anti-fatigue and anti-atmospheric pressure hypoxia.
