研究目的:通过JD-1轮轨模拟试验机考察了轴重和曲线半径对钢轨磨损量的影响;利用CONTACT程序分析了相同工况下轴重和曲线半径对轮轨摩擦功的影响。研究结论:结合试验与计算结果,对钢轨磨损量与摩擦功之间的关系进行了研究,初步得出了利用摩擦功模拟计算钢轨试样磨损量的经验公式:w=(-0.014 46((R/800)t)~(1/2)+0.53324R/800)W,结果对实验室研究钢轨滚动接触磨损有一定的参考价值。
Research purposes: The impact of axle weight and curve radius on rail wear was investigated by JD-1 wheel-rail simulation test machine. The influence of axle weight and curve radius on wheel-rail friction work under the same conditions was analyzed by CONTACT program. Research conclusions: The relationship between the amount of rail wear and the friction work has been studied based on the results of experiments and calculations. The empirical formula for calculating the wear amount of rail samples by friction work has been obtained preliminarily: w = (- 0.014 46 (( R / 800) t) 1/2 (1/2) + 0.53324R / 800) W, the results of the study of rail rolling contact wear have some reference value.
