三硝基甲苯(TNT)为一种炸药,广泛应用于国防工业,又是制造矿山炸药的重要原料。在生产,粉碎,熔化以及用它制造硝铵炸药等过程中均可产生大量 TNT 粉尘及蒸气。产生的粉尘和蒸气在生产条件下重要经皮肤和呼吸道进入人体,其在体内的代谢过程目前还不十分清楚。TNT 对人体的毒理作用重要表现在对晶体、肝脏、神经系统和血液的损害。
Trinitrotoluene (TNT) is an explosive that is widely used in the defense industry and as an important raw material for the manufacture of explosives in mines. In the production, crushing, melting and use it to manufacture ammonium nitrate explosives and other processes can produce large amounts of TNT dust and steam. The resulting dust and vapors are important to the human body through the skin and the respiratory tract under production conditions and its metabolic processes in the body are not well understood. The toxic effects of TNT on the human body is mainly manifested in the damage to the crystal, liver, nervous system and blood.
