利用数控实验机床(CNC)、热拉伸实验机和金相显微镜,研究了AZ31B镁合金薄板在加热时渐进加工成形和显微组织变化规律。结果表明:镁合金薄板在加热条件下可以实现单点渐进成形,极限角随着温度的增加而增加,200℃时的成形极限角为60°;各向异性对板料的渐进成形影响较大,且250℃时合金各向异性最小;渐进成形包括加工硬化、静态再结晶和动态再结晶的复杂过程;板材的微观组织由粗大和细小晶粒组成,这取决于板料的成形温度和成形时间;板料质量是影响镁合金渐进成形质量的主要因素之一。
The deformation and microstructure evolution of AZ31B magnesium alloy sheet during heating were studied by using numerical control experiment machine (CNC), hot tensile tester and metallographic microscope. The results show that the single-point progressive forming of magnesium alloy sheet can be realized under the condition of heating, the limiting angle increases with the increase of temperature, and the forming limit angle at 200 ℃ is 60 °. Anisotropy has a great influence on the progressive forming of sheet metal , And the alloy anisotropy is the smallest at 250 ° C. Progressive forming involves complex processes such as work-hardening, static recrystallization and dynamic recrystallization. The microstructure of the sheet consists of coarse and fine grains depending on the forming temperature and forming of the sheet Time; sheet quality is one of the main factors that affect the quality of progressive forming of magnesium alloy.
