随着科学新技术的出现,促使药物及致癌物代谢研究不断进展,并确定了肝细胞微粒体酶是这些物质代谢的据点。该酶体系若以其组成命名,称为细胞色素P-450。酶体系分为三部分:NADPH-Cytp-450还原酶,cytp-450及磷脂。许多化学致癌物活化与cytp-450酶体系有关。
With the advent of new scientific technologies, the study of the metabolism of drugs and carcinogens has progressed, and it has been determined that hepatocyte microsomal enzymes are the bases for the metabolism of these substances. The enzyme system, if named after its composition, is called cytochrome P-450. The enzyme system is divided into three parts: NADPH-Cytp-450 reductase, cytp-450 and phospholipids. Many chemical carcinogen activations are associated with the cytp-450 enzyme system.
