42CrMo、18CrMnTi、18Cr2Ni4WA三种钢经调质处理成相同中等硬度,对其接触疲劳性能进行研究。试验发现,在其它条件相同时,42CrMo、18Cr2Ni4WA、18CrMnTi三种钢的接触疲劳寿命依次降低。疲劳裂纹萌生于滚道表面,破坏形式不仅与材料有关,而且与试样光洁度、应力状态、润滑状况等有关。若从提高均质材料硬度来达到提高接触疲劳寿命,首先材料应有一定的表面光洁度与之相适应。
42CrMo, 18CrMnTi, 18Cr2Ni4WA three kinds of steel tempered to the same medium hardness, its contact fatigue properties were studied. Tests found that, under the other conditions are the same, 42CrMo, 18Cr2Ni4WA, 18CrMnTi three kinds of steel contact fatigue life decreased in turn. Fatigue crack initiation on the raceway surface, damage forms not only with the material, but also with the sample finish, stress state, lubrication conditions and so on. If you want to improve the contact fatigue life by increasing the hardness of the homogeneous material, first, the material should have a certain degree of surface finish.
