(April 20, 2006) Dear guests, Comrades, entrusted by Vice Minister Feng Zhenglin to visit you and congratulate the General Assembly. Today is a grand occasion for China’s transportation accounting community. Representatives of the new and old comrades in the Chinese transportation accounting community and the members of the 5th council of China Transportation Accounting Society gathered together to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the Chinese Society of Transportation Accounting. Here, I present to the General Assembly as well as all the guests who attended the meeting
