ISO9000质量管理体系为各种组织提供了一种能够完整地把管理活动融入整体组织结构,并贯穿在组织活动所有方面的质量保障框架,提供了一套可操作的质量管理方法。在高职院校实施ISO9000质量认证很必要,并且具有可行性。通过强化全员质量意识、合理制定质量方针目标、建立健全质量管理保障机制、执行机制等途径可以保证ISO9000质量认证的顺利实施。
The ISO9000 Quality Management System provides organizations with a set of operational quality management methods that provide a complete quality assurance framework that fully integrates management activities into the overall organizational structure and runs through all aspects of the organization’s activities. The implementation of ISO9000 quality certification in vocational colleges is necessary and feasible. By strengthening the awareness of full quality, reasonable development of quality policy objectives, establish and improve the quality management support mechanisms, implementation mechanisms and other means to ensure the smooth implementation of ISO9000 quality certification.
