目的了解舟山海岛成人碘营养状况,为制定和完善科学补碘策略提供依据。方法抽取舟山市2个县、区中6个居委会(村)3 098名当地18岁以上的常住居民,共采集1 683份碘盐、20份水样、2 872份尿样分别进行盐碘、水碘、尿碘浓度检测,并对调查对象开展甲状腺超声检查,采集血样进行甲状腺功能检测。结果盐碘浓度的中位数为0 mg/kg、均数5.63 mg/kg;有283份为合格碘盐,合格碘盐食用率为16.82%;水碘浓度均数为11.40μg/L;尿碘中位数为112.50μg/L;甲状腺超声检查总异常率30.63%;甲状腺功能总异常率为21.98%。结论舟山市成人居民的尿碘水平处于较适宜的水平;成人整体甲状腺超声检查异常率高于全省水平,18~65岁成人甲状腺超声检查异常率明显低于全省水平,成人女性甲状腺超声检查异常率明显高于男性,65岁以上老年人甲状腺结节发生率为38.49%,明显高于全省水平;甲状腺功能激素异常率低于全省水平。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of adult iodine in Zhoushan Island and provide the basis for formulating and improving the scientific iodine supplementation strategy. Methods A total of 3 098 local residents over 18 years old from 6 neighborhoods (villages) in 2 counties of Zhoushan City were enrolled. A total of 1 683 iodized salt, 20 water samples and 2 872 urine samples were collected for iodine, Water iodine, urinary iodine concentration testing, thyroid ultrasound examination of the survey subjects, blood samples were collected for thyroid function testing. Results The median of salt iodine concentration was 0 mg / kg, averaged 5.63 mg / kg; 283 were qualified iodized salt, the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 16.82%; the average iodine concentration was 11.40 μg / L; Iodine median 112.50μg / L; Thyroid ultrasound total abnormality rate of 30.63%; Thyroid function total abnormality rate of 21.98%. Conclusion The urinary iodine level of adult residents in Zhoushan City is at an appropriate level. The abnormal rate of thyroid ultrasound examination in adults is higher than that of the whole province. The abnormal rate of thyroid ultrasound examination in 18-65 years old adults is significantly lower than that of the province. Abnormal rate was significantly higher than men, the incidence of thyroid nodules in elderly over 65 years was 38.49%, significantly higher than the province level; thyroid hormone abnormalities lower than the province level.
