对钢管高性能混凝土轴压短柱的静力性能展开研究,以便给辽宁省地方标准的编制提供依据。通过18个试件(内填自密实混凝土的立方试块抗压强度标准值为96 MPa)的静力试验,研究试件的破坏模态,发现高性能混凝土具有良好的塑性填充性能,构件的破坏属于强度破坏;分析轴力-钢管纵向应变曲线,发现该曲线可以分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和下降阶段。应用有限元法模拟试件的轴力-钢管纵向应变曲线,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。
Study on the static performance of high-performance concrete axial compression short columns in order to provide a basis for the preparation of local standards in Liaoning Province. Through the static test of 18 specimens (compressive strength of cubic specimen filled with self-compacting concrete being 96 MPa), the failure mode of the specimen was studied and it was found that the high performance concrete had good plastic filling property. The failure belongs to the strength destruction. Analyzing the axial force - the longitudinal strain curve of the steel pipe, it is found that the curve can be divided into the elastic phase, the elastic-plastic phase and the descending phase. The finite element method is used to simulate the axial force of the specimen - the longitudinal strain curve of the steel pipe. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
