研究了首站启用后单台压缩机故障停机时上游集输管网系统压力与流量的波动情况。在分析川气东送管网系统上下游集输管网的基础上,采用SPS软件模拟了首站单台压缩机故障停机对上游系统产生的影响。根据模拟结果,当首站一台在用压缩机紧急故障停机时,将影响净化厂及集输管网的压力和流量,并引起另一台压缩机流量增大、压力降低,从而影响整个川气东送管网的正常运行。同时可能引起净化厂整个净化装置系统压力波动,造成整个气田关断停车。从而提出在首站增加放空设施的安全运行措施,通过安全联锁泄放保证管网压力平衡,降低对另一台压缩机的影响,从而保证整个川气东送上下游管网安全正常运行。研究结果对首站压缩机的启用具有一定的参考作用。
The fluctuation of pressure and flow in the upstream gathering pipe network when a single compressor is shut down after the start of the first station is studied.
