中国商业经济学会第二次代表大会于1986年6月12～16日在北京举行。出席代表236人,其中理事185人。中国商业部刘毅部长、中国社会科学院刘国光副院长、北京市人民政府孙孚凌副市长、中国经济学团体联合会冯兰瑞秘书长出席了会议,并讲了话。出席会议的还有商业部顾问黄凉尘、全国供销总社原副主任程宏毅等同志。广东省出席会议的有林克,黎敏、张井、金容、贺瑞林、周东山、王炳粦等七位同志。
The second session of the China Business Economics Congress was held in Beijing from June 12th to 16th, 1986. 236 representatives attended the meeting, including 185 directors. Minister Liu Yi of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Vice President Liu Guoguang of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Deputy Mayor Sun Fuling of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government and Secretary-General of China Economics Association FENG Lanrui attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Also attending the meeting were Huang Liangchen, the consultant of the Ministry of Commerce, and Cheng Hongyi, former deputy director of the National Supply and Marketing Federation. In Guangdong Province, there were seven comrades including Lin Ke, Li Min, Zhang Jing, Jin Rong, He Ruilin, Zhou Dongshan and Wang Bingyi.
