人生的不完美难免会使人产生消极情绪,当消极情绪能量积聚到一定程度时,就会给自己和他人带来一定的危害。负性事件下消极情绪能量积聚理论认为:微小持续的负性事件引发的消极情绪能量积聚更需要被关注;在多数情况下,负性事件下消极情绪能量积聚容易给自己和他人带来危害;在少数情况下,负性事件下消极情绪能量积聚能成为人们发展的动力;负性事件下消极情绪能量积聚人数与高物质水平呈正相关;中小学学生是负性事件下消极情绪能量积聚危害的重点对象。消极情绪能量积聚理论为中小学教育带来一定的启示:健康教育的重点,应从体质教育转移到心理教育和体质教育并重;中小学应建立心理问题干预机制。
