藉着中医在瑞士发展的诸多利好因素,相信中医的瑞士人越来越多,中医诊所也遍布瑞士各大小城市,中医在瑞士的发展如火如荼。但是中医师医术水平参差不齐的状况一定程度上制约了瑞士中医的健康发展,成为中医在瑞士发展道路上的一道坎。尤其是将于2017年施行的新联邦考试制度的出台,将会使部分语言不过关的中医师失去从业资格,且紧缩的工作签证又使得国内的中医精英难以进入瑞士,这就使得瑞士中医的发展进入一个人才流失、后继无人的尴尬境地。李其英老师先天下之忧而忧,认为唯有加强中医教育与培训,才能保障中医在瑞士的健康发展,并提出了一些具体可行的操作方案。
