一、教材与课程标准的关系要有效使用高中历史新课程教材,就必须要正确认识它与《高中历史课程标准》之间的关系。教材的编写是以《高中历史课程标准》为依据,其指导思想和原则符合课程标准的规定,所体现的教学思想、教学目标都是一致的。因此,《高中历史课程标准》是指导教学活动、优化教学过程、衡量教学成果的纲领性文件,我们的教学活动必须立足于课程标准。二、选修与必修的关系
