校风,是指一所学校的作风,是全体教职员工和学生政治思想作风、教风、生活作风、学习风气的集中表现.人们常以校风的优劣来评论一所学校的好坏,因为一所学校的校貌、校容、校纪是直接作用于人们的感观的,最容易使人感到的,好的校风一经形成,便对人们的思想、行为有一种内在的控制力量,有一种潜移默化的教育力量.这种力量可以促使我们培养出一届又一届的合格毕业生,可以造就出一批又一批的优秀教育工作者.有了好的校风,学校就会赢得社会的信任.本文着重谈建设好的校风应该抓什么.
