基于烹饪热菜的直观性特质,通过创新教育理论分析,在传统教学的基础上加入新的元素,以提高热菜实践课堂有效性。本文从学校提供丰厚轻松的实验实训教学环境,教师教给学生有效的学习方法出发,让教师根据学生的学情因材施教,允许学生从不同的角度认识问题,采用不同的方式表达自己的想法,用不同的知识与方法解决问题,以此实现学生创新能力的培养。
Based on the visual characteristics of cooking hot dishes, through the analysis of innovative education theory, new elements are added on the basis of traditional teaching so as to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
