石质文物保护是一个世界性的难题,目前研究成果较多,但没有一种能达到理想效果的材料。国内外研究人员发现天然形成的一水草酸钙对石质文物有较好的保护作用,因此目前研究的热点主要集中在仿生合成材料领域。二氧化硅作为岩石及尘土的主要成分,具有优良的耐酸性和耐候性,且与石材具有较好的相容性,仿生合成的二氧化硅膜层可以作为石质文物的保护材料。加入亮聚糖后能改善二氧化硅膜层的脆性开裂,成为石质文物的理想保护材料。现场实验初步证明,通过壳聚糖改性的二氧化硅复合仿生膜具有良好的保护性能。
The protection of the stone cultural relics is a worldwide problem. At present, the research results are more, but there is not a kind of material that can achieve the desired effect. Researchers at home and abroad have found that calcium oxalate monohydrate, which is naturally formed, has a good protective effect on stone relics. Therefore, the current research focuses mainly on the fields of bionic synthetic materials. As a main component of rock and dust, silica has excellent acid resistance and weatherability, and has good compatibility with stone. Silica film with biomimetic synthesis can be used as a protective material for stone cultural relics. The addition of bright polysaccharide can improve the brittle cracking of silica film and become an ideal material for protection of stone cultural relics. Field experiments initially proved that the chitosan modified silica composite bionic film has good protective properties.
