目的研究健康教育和心理护理在胃溃疡穿孔治疗中的作用。方法随机选择88例胃溃疡穿孔患者作为研究对象,把88例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组患者给予常规的手术治疗、药物治疗与护理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加了健康教育和心理护理,对比2组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,观察组治治愈率高于对照组,2组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育和心理护理在胃溃疡穿孔治疗中具有十分重要的作用,是胃溃疡穿孔重要的辅助治疗方法,可以有效缩短患者住院时间,提高治愈率,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the role of health education and psychological nursing in the treatment of gastric ulcer perforation. Methods A total of 88 gastric ulcer perforation patients were randomly selected as the research object, 88 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases each. Patients in the control group were given conventional surgery, drug treatment and nursing. The observation group added health education and psychological nursing to the control group, comparing the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. The cure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing play an important role in perforation of gastric ulcer. It is an important adjuvant therapy for gastric ulcer perforation. It can shorten the length of hospital stay and increase the cure rate. It is worth popularizing and applying.
