目的加强对放射源的安全管理,切实做好废旧放射源退役处置工作。方法严格执行有关法律、法规、标准和有关质量保证的文件,取得有关部门的批复,制定严密的技术规范、操作规程,采取有力的质量保证措施。结果将不能满足正常放射治疗的I类钴-60放射源成功处置并安全退役,消除了存在的辐射事故隐患。结论 I类医用放射源活度大,退役处置关系到环境、公众和工作人员的健康和安全,必须认真对待,确保万元一失。
Objective To strengthen the safety management of radioactive sources and earnestly do the work of decommissioning waste radioactive sources. Methods Strict implementation of the relevant laws, regulations, standards and related quality assurance documents obtained the approval of the relevant departments to develop strict technical specifications, operating procedures and take effective quality assurance measures. The results will not be able to meet the normal radiation treatment of Class I cobalt -60 radioactive sources successfully disposed of and safely decommissioned, eliminating the existing risks of radiation accidents. Conclusions Class I medical radioactive sources have a high activity. Retirement disposal is related to the health and safety of the environment, the public and the staff. Care must be taken to ensure that there is no loss in every 10,000 yuan.
