目的了解肇庆市怀集县人间及动物间鼠疫流行可能性,为控制鼠疫流行提供科学依据。方法通过鼠密度、宿主动物种群、鼠体蚤指数、染蚤率、病原学和血清学的监测,了解鼠疫流行状况。结果鼠形动物种群分为2目2科5种,以褐家鼠为优势种群。家鼠鼠密度为3%,野鼠鼠密度为0.96%;鼠体染蚤率19.56%,蚤指数0.54;宿主动物及其寄生蚤类均未检出鼠疫杆菌,鼠类和人血清均未检出F1抗体。结论该地区自然疫源性存在的可能性不大,暂没有鼠疫流行迹象。
Objective To understand the epidemic potential of human and animal epidemics in Huaiji County of Zhaoqing City and provide a scientific basis for controlling the epidemic of plague. Methods To understand the epidemic situation of plague through the monitoring of rat density, host animal population, rat flea index, flea infection rate, etiology and serology. Results Rat population was divided into 2 orders, 2 families and 5 species, with Rattus norvegicus as the dominant species. The density of house rat was 3% and the density of wild rat was 0.96%. The rate of flea infection in flea was 19.56% and that of flea index was 0.54. None of the host animals and their parasitic fleas were detected. F1 antibody. Conclusion The natural foci of the area are unlikely to exist and there are no signs of plague epidemic yet.
