通过前期文献检索选择对干细胞向神经分化具有促进作用的几类主要中药,进一步检索其近10年来对血脑屏障作用的实验研究方面的资料进行整理分析。结果表明,芳香开窍类中药对血脑屏障作用显著,除了本身可以透过血脑屏障,冰片和石菖蒲两味中药还能够明显提高血脑屏障透过率,可以作为中成药药方的药引子共同应用。另外,天麻、川芎、丹参、银杏等中枢神经系统疾病常用中药的单体成分也较易透过血脑屏障发挥作用。这将为中药用于治疗中枢神经系统疾病更有效地发挥作用提供重要的参考。

This will provide an important reference for the use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of central nervous system diseases more effectively.
