高绩效形式下人力资源方面的管理系统的合理应用,在国内外大多企业内都收获了许多积极的影响,这不但能促使员工收获更多的工作绩效,还能提升企业的竞争能力。笔者就对高绩效形式下人力资源方面的管理对员工自身工作绩效的影响进行了一定的分析。
The rational application of human resource management system in high performance forms has gained a lot of positive effects in most enterprises at home and abroad, which not only can promote employees to gain more job performance, but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The author analyzes the impact of human resources management on employees’ own performance under the form of high performance.
