利用巯基乙酸的双功能基配体(巯基和羧基),采用原位合成法成功地制备出CdS/Al2O3纳米粉末的组装体。在合成过程中,Cd2+首先与巯基和羧基中的一个—CO—发生化学键合作用,并以此为模板限制了CdS颗粒的成核与生长。又因为Al2O3晶体表面与巯基乙酸的结合具有方向性,所以组装的颗粒也具有一定的方向性,表现为组装体呈很稳定的丝网状结构。
Using thioglycolic acid bifunctional ligands (thiol and carboxyl), the assembly of CdS / Al2O3 nanopowders was successfully prepared by in situ synthesis. During the synthesis, Cd2 + firstly chemically bonded with -CO-, a thiol group and a carboxyl group, and used as a template to limit the nucleation and growth of CdS particles. And because the crystal surface of Al2O3 and the combination of thioglycolic acid has a directional, so the assembly of particles also have a certain direction, the performance of the assembly was very stable silk network structure.
