我公司在北京燕山化学总公司东方红炼油厂100米烟囱施工中,针对滑模平台井架高空单件拆除困难的特点,采用将辐射梁折起固定在井架上,利用四台5吨电控慢速卷扬机,从筒身内部将平台井架整体降落在烟囱底部的安全平台上,再进行拆除的方法。这种方法可减少高空作业,加快拆除速度,降低劳动强度,保证安全。操作平台采用悬索式空间桁架结构,计算时可简化为平面组合桁架。根据荷载组合,
