老年性聋的发生是基因及环境因素共同作用的结果,是整个听觉通路的退行性病变。本实验用D-半乳糖建立了大鼠内耳老化模型,并应用此模型研究讨内质网应激与老年性聋的关系,为进一步揭示老年性聋发病机制及其防治策略奠定基础。1材料与方法
The occurrence of senile deafness is the result of the combined action of genes and environmental factors, and is the degenerative disease of the entire auditory pathway.
