有杆抽油系统的数值模拟是以波动方程为基础,研究其工作动态的数学方法。本文给出了描述抽油系统的数学模型及其数值求解方法。对所建立的6种泵工作条件下的系统模型给出模拟解示例。并对模型和求解方法进行了验证。包括差分格式的稳定收敛性讨论、实测结果的对比和诊断技术的反证。从验证示功图对比看出,模拟图和实测图极为相仿,说明本数值模拟方法是可靠的,能供矿场合理选择工作制度等方面的应用。
The numerical simulation of sucker rod pumping system is a mathematical method based on wave equation to study its working dynamics. This paper presents a mathematical model describing the pumping system and its numerical solution. An example of the simulation solution is given for the system model under the six pump working conditions established. The model and solution method are verified. Including the discussion of the stable convergence of difference schemes, the comparison of measured results and the anti-proof of diagnostic techniques. From the comparison of the proof diagrams, the simulated and measured images are very similar, which shows that the numerical simulation method is reliable and can be used by the mine to choose the working system reasonably.
