目的:探讨黑果枸杞果实多糖的抗疲劳生物功效及其机制。方法:采用对照组及黑果枸杞果实多糖低、中、高3个不同浓度剂量组对小鼠灌胃25 d后进行负重游泳实验,并对其血清与肝脏的超氧化歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase SOD)活性、丙二醛(Maleic Dialdehyde MDA)含量及肌糖原、肝糖原、血清尿素氮、血乳酸水平等进行了测试。结果:黑果枸杞果实多糖能延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增强小鼠血清和肝脏的SOD活性,降低MDA的含量,提高肝糖原、肌糖原的储备量,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素和血乳酸水平。结论:黑果枸杞果实多糖具明显的抗疲劳功能。
Objective: To investigate the anti-fatigue biological effects of polysaccharides from Fructus Lycii and its mechanism. Methods: The mice in control group and black fruit Lycium barbarum polysaccharide at low, middle and high dose were inoculated for 25 days and then were subjected to the load-bearing swimming test. The serum and liver superoxide dismutase SOD ) Activity, maleic dialdehyde MDA content and muscle glycogen, glycogen, serum urea nitrogen, blood lactate levels were tested. Results: Fructus Lycii polysaccharide could prolong the swimming time of mice, increase SOD activity in serum and liver of mice, decrease MDA content, increase glycogen storage and hepatic glycogen reserve, decrease serum urea And blood lactate levels. Conclusion: Fructus Lycii polysaccharides have obvious anti-fatigue function.
