建立大学英语课堂教学评价指标体系 ,其中用特尔菲法 ( De L phi technique)确立各项指标的权重。用多级广义模糊综合评价方法 ,对以学生为评价主体所取得的教师课堂授课质量评价数据进行处理 ,并用交叉积差法 ( CPD)对评价结果进行分析。结果表明 :大学英语课程的多级广义模糊综合评估系统能够较真实地反映教师教学质量 ,有效地促进了教师教学质量的监控和管理。
The establishment of college English classroom teaching evaluation index system, which uses Delphi method (De L phi technique) to establish the weight of the indicators. The multi-level generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to deal with the teachers’ class teaching quality evaluation data obtained from the students as the evaluation subject, and the evaluation results are analyzed by the cross-product-difference method (CPD). The results show that the multi-level generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of college English courses can reflect the teaching quality of teachers more faithfully and effectively promote the monitoring and management of teachers’ teaching quality.
