目的 :制备口恶丙嗪乳胶剂 ,建立其含量测定的方法并对其抗炎作用进行考察。方法 :以卡波姆 - 94 0作为乳胶基质 ,制备口恶丙嗪乳胶剂。用紫外分光光度法测定含量。测定波长 (2 87± 1nm ) ,以小鼠耳壳致炎实验评价其疗效。结果 :平均回收率为 99.5 9% ,RSD为 1.2 6 % ,小鼠耳壳肿胀度为 :1.92± 0 .5 mg。结论 :本制剂制备容易 ,性质稳定 ,测定方法简单、快速。动物实验表明 :本品有较好的消炎作用 OBJECTIVE: To prepare oxaprozin emulsion and to establish a method for determination of its anti-inflammatory activity. Method: The oxaprozin emulsion was prepared with carbomer 94 0 as latex matrix. The content was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The wavelength (2 87 ± 1 nm) was measured, and the inflammation was induced by mouse ear inflammation. Results: The average recovery was 99.5 9% with a RSD of 1.2 6%. The degree of swelling of the mouse ear was 1.92 ± 0.5 mg. Conclusion: The preparation is easy to prepare, stable in nature, simple and rapid in determination.
