目的了解某医院口腔科诊室空气中可能存在的有机污染物,为其化学性危害因素分析提供依据,以针对性地加强医护人员的职业防护。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法测定口腔科诊室空气中的有机污染物,空气样品中的有机污染物通过活性炭吸附管捕集,然后用二硫化碳解吸,取上层萃取液进样分析。结果定性分析结果表明,口腔科诊室空气样品中含有苯、甲苯、苯酚等有毒有害污染物,会影响医护人员的身心健康。结论口腔科医护人员应加强个人职业防护。
Objective To understand the possible presence of organic pollutants in the air of a hospital stomatology clinic to provide a basis for the analysis of its chemical hazard factors so as to strengthen the occupational protection of medical staff in a targeted manner. Methods The organic pollutants in the air were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The organic pollutants in the air samples were collected by activated charcoal adsorption tubes and desorbed with carbon disulfide. Results The results of qualitative analysis showed that the air samples of dental office contained toxic and harmful pollutants such as benzene, toluene and phenol, which would affect the health of medical staff. Conclusion Stomatological staff should strengthen personal occupational protection.
