目的了解武汉市中学教师的健康状况,为指导教育部门关注教师健康提供依据。方法随机抽取武汉市某区中学2 864名教师,进行血液生化、消化系统、呼吸循环系统等共10项指标的检查,分析教师健康现状及性别差异。结果每项指标异常率男教师为4.1%,女教师为6.6%,男、女教师血象、血压、结石、心电图4项指标异常的检出率差异均有统计学意义,威胁教师健康的主要异常指标有血压、血脂、血象、脂肪肝、结石。结论教师的健康需要迫切的关注,尤其是女性。应积极地采取应对措施,提高教师的健康水平。
Objective To understand the health status of middle school teachers in Wuhan and to provide evidences for guiding education departments to pay attention to the health of teachers. Methods A total of 2 864 teachers from a certain middle school in a district of Wuhan were enrolled in this study. A total of 10 indicators, including blood biochemistry, digestive system and respiratory cycle system, were inspected to analyze the status quo of teachers’ health and gender differences. Results The abnormal rate of each index was 4.1% for male teachers and 6.6% for female teachers. There were significant differences in the detection rate of abnormalities of blood, blood pressure, calculus and electrocardiogram in male and female teachers, and the main abnormalities threatening the health of teachers Indicators of blood pressure, blood lipids, blood, fatty liver, stones. Conclusion The health of teachers requires urgent attention, especially for women. Should take active measures to improve the health of teachers.
