This paper reports a phase-locked fiber bundle laser coupled to four fiber amplifiers based on a single frequency oscillator that provides coherent light beams in excess of 600W. Oscillator modulation bandwidth up to 2GHz to increase the threshold of stimulated Brillouin scattering, and then split all the way the beam and frequency shift to form a reference beam. The oscillator output is amplified by a terminally pumped fiber amplifier based on a 20 μm core Yb doped fiber to provide more than 260 W per channel. The combined beam forms a coherent output with a phase error of 1 / 20λ and is unaffected by spectral broadening.
