结合大铁沟特大桥主墩左右幅分离设计横隔板连接的特点,研究开发出了采用作业平台整体拼装、整体提升、整体焊接的施工技术。这种施工技术克服了主墩液压爬模作业的约束,易于施工人员操作,保证了作业人员安全,保障了横隔板与墩身同步施工,加快了施工进度。论述这种施工技术的施工工艺及操作要点,分析施工过程中质量、安全、环保控制措施,以期为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
