1991年3月13～15日,国务院重大技术装备领导小组在北京召开了第二次国家重大技术装备表彰及经验交流会。铁道部“大秦铁路万吨级重载单元列车成套设备”获得特等奖。参加这一重大成套设备设计、研制,管理工作的大秦铁路建设办公室、北京铁路局、中国铁道科学研究院、通号公司研究设计院、电气化工程局、第三勘测设计院、西南交通大学等20个单位各获特等奖荣誉证书一份。大秦铁路建设
From March 13 to March 15, 1991, the leading group of major technical equipment under the State Council held the second national exchange of major technical equipment awards and experiences in Beijing. Ministry of Railways “Daqin Railway tons of heavy-duty unit train complete sets of equipment” won the Grand Prize.
