Experiments are the best way for students to practice. The teaching and experiments of biology are inseparable. The new curriculum reform advocates self-directed, inquiring and cooperative learning methods. Its purpose is to enable students to participate actively, think positively, and dare to ask questions. Diligently hands-on, gradually cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability. In order to improve the quality of biological experiment teaching and fully promote the development of students’ scientific literacy, the author believes that we should start from the following five aspects.
