建设具有中国特色的社会主义现代化企业,是企业建设的战略目标。我厂自1983年初全面整顿验收合格后,在搞好内部配套改革的同时,开始推行管理现代化。一、用改革精神树立管理现代化思想推行管理现代化,必须以改革创新、开拓前进的精神,勇于破除那些长期形成的不适应现代化大生产要求的固定观念。我们教育各级管理人员,在对外开放、对内搞活的新形势下,从指导思想上明确树立以下四个观念:一是敢于接受挑战,变产品经营为商品经营,变单一经营为多种经营,变独户自营为跨户联营,真正冲出产品经济思想的束缚,飞向商品经济的大市场,树立开拓经营的思
Building a modern socialist enterprise with Chinese characteristics is a strategic goal of enterprise development. Since our factory was fully qualified for acceptance at the beginning of 1983, we have begun to implement modernization of management while doing a good job of supporting internal reforms. I. Establishing Management Modernization with the Spirit of Reform To implement management modernization, we must take the spirit of reform, innovation and pioneering, and courageously eliminate the long-established fixed ideas that do not meet the requirements of modern production. We have educated all levels of management personnel to clearly establish the following four concepts from the guiding ideology under the new circumstances of opening up to the outside world and invigorating domestically: First, we should dare to accept challenges, change product management into commodity management, and change single operation into multiple operations. Changing the single-account self-operated into a multi-account joint venture, really breaks the shackles of product economic thinking, flies to the big market of commodity economy, and establishes the thinking of opening up the business.
