固定资产是企业生产、经营和发展的物质基础。本文对电网企业固定资产全寿命管理实施的现状进行了分析,有针对性的提出如何在电网企业实施固定资产全寿命管理的建议:第一,建设固定资产管理系统,运用流程化管理手段实现固定资产的动态管理;第二,将固定资产管理系统与预算管理系统、工程管理系统有效集成,购建全新的资产管理平台。
Fixed assets are the material basis for the production, operation and development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the status quo of implementation of life-cycle management of fixed assets in power grid enterprises and puts forward some suggestions on how to implement life-cycle management of fixed assets in power grid enterprises. First, we should establish a fixed asset management system and implement a fixed Asset dynamic management; Second, the fixed asset management system and the budget management system, project management system effectively integrated, purchase and build a new asset management platform.
