目的了解原北京军区部分医院医用X射线诊断项目(CR/DR、CT)质量控制检测现状,并与地方同类工作进行比较分析,发现存在的问题并寻求解决的方法。方法按照相关标准对原北京军区医用X射线诊断设备进行检测和评价,同时检索国内核心期刊上地方同类工作的相关文献,对军地检测结果进行比较分析。结果 CR/DR系统光野与照射野四边的偏离、管电压的指示偏离是最常见的不合格指标,合格率分别是62.86%、90.91%;CT项目的噪声、CT剂量指数、均匀性合格率偏低,分别是66.67%、71.79%、79.49%;地方相关设备质控检测合格率低的指标与上述指标基本一致。结论应加强部队医疗卫生单位X射线诊断设备的质量控制工作,以确保每台在用的医用X射线诊断设备处于合格、安全的工作状态。
Objective To understand the status quo of quality control tests of medical X-ray diagnostic projects (CR / DR, CT) of some hospitals in the former Beijing Military Region and to compare with similar work in other places in the region to find out the existing problems and to find solutions. Methods According to relevant standards, the medical X-ray diagnostic equipment of the former Beijing Military Region was tested and evaluated. At the same time, relevant literature on similar work in the local core journals was searched, and the results of military tests were compared and analyzed. Results The deviations of the light field and the radiation field from the four sides of the CR / DR system were observed. The deviation of the tube voltage was the most common failure criterion with the pass rates of 62.86% and 90.91% respectively. The noise, CT dose index, Low, respectively, 66.67%, 71.79%, 79.49%; local equipment quality control test low pass rate indicators with the above indicators are basically the same. Conclusion The quality control of X-ray diagnostic equipment of military health units should be strengthened to ensure that each medical X-ray diagnostic equipment in use is in a qualified and safe working condition.
