国家立法部门、中国保监会正在开始蕴酿对《保险法》进行修改。作为一门人文学科,保险的理论基础和运行规律有很强的逻辑性。当我们怀着对保险科学的敬畏、执著和热爱,希望把最精湛的保险技术掌握在手中的时候,实务操作中的一些问题却引起我们对当下《保险法》、保险法规的深刻思索。
National legislature and CIRC are starting to revise the Insurance Law. As a humanities discipline, the theoretical basis and operating rules of insurance have strong logic. When we are in awe, dedication and love of insurance science and hope to have the most superb insurance technology in our hands, some problems in practical operation have caused us to think deeply about the current “Insurance Law” and insurance laws and regulations.
