随着我国市场经济体制改革深入进行,作为市场经济特殊主体的事业单位,主要承担着社会公共服务和管理职能。强化事业单位管理,实施科学化的财务管理势在必行。当前,我国事业单位财务管理方面,还存在着财务管理意识未树立,预算管理有待加强,内部控制不完善,财务会计基础工作不规范等问题。本文就我国事业单位目前财务管理现状进行了讨论,并就如何强化事业单位科学化财务管理提出相关的措施与建议。
With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system in our country, the institutions that specialize in market economy mainly undertake social public service and management functions. It is imperative to strengthen the management of institutions and implement the scientific financial management. At present, there are still some problems concerning the financial management of public institutions in our country, such as the lack of awareness of financial management, the need to strengthen the budget management, the imperfection of internal control, and the non-standard foundation of financial accounting. This article discusses the current status of financial management in public institutions in our country and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions on how to strengthen the scientific financial management of public institutions.
