通过钡渣预处理正交试验,分析浸取时间、液固比、搅拌速度及Na_2SO_4投加倍数对钡渣浸取液中Ba~(2+)浓度的影响,并对钡渣入场填埋前的预处理工艺条件进行初步探讨。结果表明,在浸取时间8h、液固比8∶1、搅拌速度5r/h、Na_2SO_4投加倍数为×2.2条件下,钡渣预处理脱Ba2+率高达90.65%,预处理后钡渣浸取液中Ba~(2+)浓度为102.8mg/L,满足钡渣入场填埋要求,减轻了后期淋溶液处理难度。
Through the orthogonal experiment of barium slag pretreatment, the effect of leaching time, liquid-solid ratio, stirring speed and dosage of Na_2SO_4 on Ba 2+ concentration in barium slag leachate was analyzed. Before the pretreatment process conditions for a preliminary discussion. The results showed that the Ba2 + removal rate of barium slag was as high as 90.65% at leaching time of 8h, liquid-solid ratio of 8:1, stirring speed of 5r / h and dosage of Na2SO4 = 2.2. After pretreatment, Ba ~ (2+) concentration in the liquid is 102.8mg / L, which meets the requirement of barium slag admission and landfill, and alleviates the difficulty of later leaching solution treatment.
