以缺锰土壤为栽培基质,于1991~1994年进行田间和盆栽试验。结果表明,不问品种小麦产量存在显著差异,且这种品种间差异不受年份和栽培条件影响;以缺锰症、无锰处理和施锰处理相对产量及无锰处理产量为指标进行综合评定,每年都发现1~3份耐性较强的小麦品种。耐性较强的品种在不施锰条件下一般具有较高的产量,而耐性较差的品种只有在施锰肥条件下才能取得较高产量。本文还对筛选的试验条件、筛选指标及指标等级的划分进行了探讨。
With Mn-deficient soil as substrate, the field and pot experiments were conducted from 1991 to 1994. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the yield of wheat regardless of the variety, and the differences among the cultivars were not affected by the year and the cultivation conditions.
